Description

You will lead change management strategies and execution for large-scale transformation programs.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver holistic change management strategies, including communication plans and stakeholder engagement tools.
• Execute end-to-end change management lifecycles, conducting stakeholder, readiness, and impact assessments.
• Partner with C-level executives to build alignment and support program adoption.
• Develop training programs and communication materials to drive awareness and engagement across organizations.
• Mentor a team of consultants and contribute to internal practice development, including whitepapers and recruiting.

Required Skills

• 3-5 years of experience in consulting or industry with a primary focus on change management.
• Proven track record of participating in at least 5-6 end-to-end change management implementations.
• Experience managing change within ERP implementations (SAP, Oracle, or Workday).
• Strong understanding of IT, HR, and Finance functional processes.
• Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel for analytical reporting and presentations.
• Demonstrated ability to work across different functions, geographies, and cultures.
• Strong analytical, judgment, and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to travel for client engagement.

Preferred Skills

• PROSCI certification or experience with similar change management methodologies.
• Experience with global roll-outs.
• MBA degree.
