You will drive data-driven decision-making by providing actionable insights to Product and Operations leaders in San Diego, CA.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Product and Operations leaders to enable key customer insights and operational management.
• Collaborate with product management and engineering to build scalable, repeatable reporting solutions.
• Define, implement, and standardize metrics and dashboards using business intelligence tools.
• Provide recommendations through statistical model generation and programmatic insights.
• Establish data quality standards, troubleshoot validation issues, and manage resolution.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in data and analytics with a strong foundation in statistics.
• Highly proficient in SQL.
• Expertise in Data Visualization software including QlikSense, Tableau, and Amplitude.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Experience in a scripting language to automate and reuse code.
• Experience defining metrics and instrumenting data tracking.
• Strong quantitative thinking and end-to-end problem-solving skills.
• Ability to communicate technical findings to non-technical stakeholders.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in prompt engineering to accelerate development tasks.
