You will design and implement ERP and business solutions to meet specific customer needs and requirements.

Responsibilities

• Conduct business process analysis and requirement gathering to produce functional specification documents.
• Design system interfaces to manage data flow between the organization and external business partners.
• Execute system configurations, enhancements, and testing to ensure solutions meet project specifications.
• Develop project plans, scope documents, and status communications while managing business and technology risks.
• Provide direct end-user support and training for business users.

Required Skills

• 2+ years of experience as a Sr. Business Functional Analyst, Functional Analyst, Systems Analyst, or Consultant.
• Proficiency with Oracle ERP.
• Experience with Siebel CRM.
• Experience with PeopleSoft.
• Experience with SAP.
• Strong background in ERP solution design.
• Ability to define and execute technical test plans.
• Master’s degree in Computer Information Systems, Math, Engineering, or a Business-related field.
