Description

Lead business process analysis and requirement gathering to produce functional specification documents. Design ERP and business solutions using industry best practices. Execute system configurations, enhancements, and testing.

Responsibilities

• Design system interfaces to manage data flow between the company and external business partners.
• Develop project plans, scope documents, and status communications.
• Identify complex business and technology risks and implement internal controls to mitigate them.
• Provide training and end-user support to business users.
• Execute system configurations, enhancements, and testing to ensure solutions meet project specifications.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Sr. Business Functional Analyst, Functional Analyst, Systems Analyst, or Consultant.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle ERP.
• Proficiency with Siebel CRM.
• Experience using PeopleSoft.
• Experience using SAP.
• Strong business process analysis and requirement gathering skills.
• Ability to design system interfaces and manage data flows.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Information Systems, Math, Engineering, or a Business-related field.
