Description

You will design and build a cloud BI platform featuring scheduled reporting, interactive dashboards, and data feeds for internal and external customers. You will migrate existing BI applications to AWS and research frameworks to enable analytics across product lines.

Responsibilities

• Migrate existing BI and reporting applications to AWS in collaboration with application development and product teams.
• Mine and onboard new data sources into the BI platform and model the BI data lake.
• Develop requirements for common services and maintain detailed functional and technical specifications.
• Implement code deployment processes within a Secure-SDLC and regulated environment.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in data management and business intelligence.
• Expertise with AWS Lake Formation, Athena, QuickSight, Tableau, and Synergy.
• Proficiency in Python or other scripting languages.
• Experience building ETL pipelines and working with Kafka.
• Experience working with XML schemas.
• Proven track record of developing highly secure applications.
• Experience working within an Agile environment and mentoring team members.
• Experience implementing Secure-SDLC checkpoints and processes.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with payment systems and protocols such as Fedwire, CHIPS, SWIFT, ISO2022, or ACH.
• Background in highly regulated financial services environments and advanced security concepts like data masking.
• Experience supporting large, mission-critical transaction processing applications.
