Description

You will own the planning, design, testing, implementation, and support of business intelligence programs and software.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Recommend technical and procedural designs for new or revised applications, including system specifications and programming guidelines.
• Consult with users to define system requirements, identify programming needs, and document development logic and coding standards.
• Take ownership of resolving product and implementation issues, including risk assessment and root cause analysis.
• Ensure change management policies are applied and provide mentorship to junior team members.
• Provide technical leadership to senior leadership, articulating pros, cons, and recommendations based on current and future technology states.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in planning, design, testing, implementation, support, and analysis of programs and software.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; Master's degree preferred.
• Certified in Epic platform core areas: Cogito, Caboodle Data Model, and Clarity Data.
• Understanding of key application data models and relational database concepts.
• Functional knowledge of interface specifications, triggers, and rules (e.g., HL7, EDI, FTP).

Preferred Skills

• Certified in Epic Cogito Tools Administration.
• Certified in Caboodle Development for Clarity Data and Non-Epic Data.
• Thorough understanding of relevant technology, tools, and methods.
