You will translate business needs from cross-functional teams into data-driven quality management solutions for the Eureka platform.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain datasets, metrics, analyses, and dashboards for the Eureka project.
• Develop queries and visualizations for ad-hoc requests and ongoing reporting on the quality analytics platform.
• Improve reporting and analysis processes by automating or simplifying self-service support.
• Use analytical rigor to identify performance gaps and optimization opportunities within the platform.
• Provide technical input and recommendations to data and software engineering teams.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of SQL experience.
• Experience programming to extract, transform, and clean multi-TB datasets.
• Experience with AWS Glue for data integration and ETL pipelines.
• Experience with Amazon S3 for object storage.
• Experience with Amazon Redshift for data warehousing.
• Experience with Amazon DynamoDB for NoSQL data.
• Experience with scripting for automation, specifically Python.
• Experience with statistical analysis of results and design of experiments.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with information retrieval, data science, or machine learning concepts.
