Responsibilities

• Support technical project requirements through structured analysis.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience in business solutions analysis or change management.
• Experience applying Organizational Change Management (OCM) principles.
• Knowledge of virtual servers.
• Understanding of storage systems.
• Familiarity with network infrastructure.
• Knowledge of security protocols.
• Understanding of backup processes.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate level education.
