You will map complex business processes and optimize Transportation Management System (TMS) workflows for a team in Alpharetta.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Map complex business processes using Visio.
• Analyze and optimize TMS workflows.
• Document detailed process flows to support system requirements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define and refine technical specifications.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience as a Business System Analyst.
• Direct experience working with Transportation Management Systems (TMS).
• Proficiency in process flow documentation using Visio.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate level education.
• Ability to work on-site in Alpharetta, GA.
