Own operational support and process design for Oracle Fusion modules across manufacturing, lab, quality, and supply chain functions.
Responsibilities
Provide day-to-day functional support for Oracle Fusion PIM, SCM, Manufacturing, Quality Management, and Inventory Management, including integrations and label printing.
Triage, troubleshoot, and resolve or route application incidents as the first point of escalation for manufacturing site users.
Perform functional validation of system behavior following patches, Redwood page migrations, and configuration changes; document findings for the ERP Applications team.
Elicit business requirements from manufacturing and quality stakeholders, translating operational needs into structured functional and technical specifications.
Document current-state and future-state process flows, including end-to-end process models and visual depictions of system and data flows.
Required Skills
8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or System Analyst.
Deep expertise in Oracle Fusion modules: PIM, SCM, Manufacturing, Quality Management, and Inventory Management.
Experience with system integrations, label printing, and ancillary manufacturing applications.
Proven ability to conduct fit-gap analysis and align system capabilities with business needs.
Strong skills in documenting process flows, data flows, and functional specifications.
Experience with Redwood page migrations and system updates.
Ability to coordinate with business owners and IT peers to ensure cross-functional system integrity.
Preferred Skills
Background in manufacturing, lab, or quality operations environments.
Experience identifying opportunities for automation and process redesign.
