Sr. Business Systems Analyst

You will analyze system gaps and define technical requirements to meet business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Gather project scope and analyze current system gaps to advise on necessary changes.
• Conduct vendor interviews to assess the impact of required system modifications.
• Review business requirements and deliver detailed functional specifications documents.
• Collaborate with UI web designers to develop screen layouts.
• Create test plans and cases based on functional specifications and lead user acceptance testing.

Required Skills

• Experience analyzing business needs and system gaps.
• Ability to produce functional specification documentation.
• Experience creating test plans and conducting user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Ability to work with UI/UX designers on screen layouts.
• Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Willingness to travel or relocate to various client sites across the U.S. for short and long-term assignments.
