Description

Define and manage requirements for Content Supply Chain solutions within the Adobe ecosystem.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Elicit and analyze business and functional requirements from marketing, content, and technology stakeholders.
• Conduct workshops and discovery sessions to map current-state and future-state workflows.
• Translate business needs into functional specifications, user stories, and process flows.
• Own end-to-end backlog management, prioritizing items based on business value and dependencies.
• Support Agile sprint planning and backlog refinement for Agentic AI content assembly solutions.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst.
• Deep expertise in Content Supply Chain, Modular Content, and Content Assembly.
• Strong knowledge of the Adobe Ecosystem, including Adobe Express, Adobe Firefly, Creative Cloud Apps, and Libraries.
• Experience with Agentic AI content capabilities.
• Ability to translate complex content workflows into technical requirements for automated solutions.
• Proficiency in requirements elicitation, user story creation, and process mapping.
• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Palantir and AWS Kendra Knowledge.
• Familiarity with Adobe platforms and content creation tools.
