Key Responsibilities
✔️ Lead requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation (BRDs, user stories, functional/non-functional requirements)
✔️ Translate business needs into clear, actionable user stories for development teams
✔️ Collaborate with cross-functional teams across banking & lending domains
✔️ Support UAT testing, validation, and requirement traceability
✔️ Create templates, frameworks, and best practices for requirement documentation
✔️ Work with APIs and SQL for data validation and analysis
✔️ Drive alignment across multiple workstreams and stakeholders
🔹 Must-Have Skills
✅ 7+ years of IT experience as a Business Systems Analyst / Sr. BA
✅ Strong banking domain experience (checking accounts, custodial/pass-through accounts)
✅ Deep understanding of money movement (fund flows, transaction processing, settlement, posting)
✅ Experience in financial services (banking, lending, payments)
✅ Proven experience writing user stories and supporting Agile teams
✅ Strong stakeholder communication and collaboration skills
🔹 Preferred Skills
⭐ Experience with SQL (basic queries) and API testing
⭐ Hands-on experience with UAT testing
