Lead requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation for banking and lending systems, translating business needs into actionable user stories and supporting Agile development teams.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation including BRDs, user stories, and functional/non-functional requirements.
• Translate business needs into clear, actionable user stories for development teams.
• Support UAT testing, validation, and requirement traceability across multiple workstreams.
• Create templates, frameworks, and best practices for requirement documentation.
• Work with APIs and SQL for data validation and analysis.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of IT experience as a Business Systems Analyst or Sr. BA.
• Strong banking domain experience, specifically with checking accounts, custodial, and pass-through accounts.
• Deep understanding of money movement, including fund flows, transaction processing, settlement, and posting.
• Experience in financial services sectors such as banking, lending, and payments.
• Proven experience writing user stories and supporting Agile teams.
• Strong stakeholder communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with SQL for basic queries.
• Hands-on experience with API testing and UAT testing.
