Description

You will manage aspects of the bank's compliance program and support regulatory reporting for Credit Risk Management and SCCL/Basel III requirements.

Responsibilities

• Conduct meetings with clients and stakeholders to gather, analyze, and finalize requirements for formal sign-off.
• Translate requirements into Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Requirement Documents (FRD), and Minor Development Documents (MDD).
• Develop requirements around regulatory changes for credit and counterparty credit products.
• Perform in-depth analysis of required changes within the Axiom platform.
• Create user stories using Agile methodology and Jira, and provide ongoing support for production applications.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of Business Analysis experience in the banking sector.
• 5+ years working in risk and compliance practice within a large bank.
• Advanced SQL skills for building complex queries, reading code, and performing in-depth data analysis.
• Strong expertise in regulatory change management.
• Deep understanding of product lifecycles, including Credit, Counterparty, ALM, and Treasury management.
• Experience with data flows, interfaces, ETL, and data mapping.
• Knowledge of financial products such as Loans, OTC Derivatives, and other assets.
• Proficiency with Jira and Agile methodologies.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Basel / Credit Risk and SCCL.
• Background in Treasury risk management and treasury risk measures.
