You will bridge the gap between business requirements and technical implementation to optimize organizational workflows.

Responsibilities

• Gather requirements from business units and translate them into actionable specifications for programmers and developers.
• Interview workers and observe job performance to map how information is processed.
• Perform cost-benefit and return-on-investment analyses to support system implementation decisions.
• Coordinate and link computer systems to increase compatibility and information sharing across the organization.
• Execute hands-on configuration work for a debt collection platform, including creating new rules, jobs, and filters.

Required Skills

• 5-8 years of experience in business systems analysis.
• Basic SQL knowledge.
• Strong data analytic skills.
