Description

You will support critical regulatory and monetary policy applications across the client system and Board of Governors.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Own incident management and problem resolution for Level 1 and 2 production support.
• Write and optimize complex queries for Oracle, SQL Server, and Redshift databases.
• Manage cloud infrastructure and serverless workloads using AWS services including Lambda, ECS, EC2, and Step Functions.
• Monitor system performance and logs using CloudWatch, Grafana, and Kinesis.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business objectives into technical solutions.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst or similar technical role.
• Strong proficiency in DynamoDB, Redshift, and Aurora Postgres.
• Experience with Java development and serverless architectures.
• Expert-level SQL query writing for Oracle and SQL Server.
• Familiarity with AWS services: Glue, S3, SNS, SQS, Kinesis, Lambda, ECS, EC2, Step Functions, CloudWatch.
• Experience with Jira and Confluence for project tracking and documentation.
• Ability to work shift work, after-hours, and on-call rotations.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• Experience supporting high-stakes regulatory or financial systems.
