Description

Drive business system improvements as a senior client-facing consultant, owning the delivery of process maps, integration architecture, and strategic roadmaps.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead stakeholder interviews to map current-state business processes.
• Identify process gaps and deliver a clear, CEO-ready roadmap.
• Design integration strategies and recommend architecture across core systems.
• Own the delivery of current-state process maps, integration architecture options, and a prioritized roadmap.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in a senior business or systems analyst role.
• Strong cross-system experience with Salesforce, Sage Intacct, Salesloft, Highspot, Dayforce, and Concur.
• Experience designing integration strategies using middleware like Workato or Boomi.
• Ability to translate business process gaps into actionable recommendations.
• Familiarity with data architecture concepts, including Databricks or Lakehouse patterns.
• Consultative approach capable of interviewing stakeholders at all levels.
