Description

You will bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technical Salesforce implementations. You own the translation of business needs into functional solutions.

Responsibilities

• Gather requirements to write Business Requirements Documents (BRDs) and develop Salesforce solutions.
• Analyze business processes to identify bottlenecks, document inefficiencies, and optimize workflows.
• Design and implement Salesforce solutions, including process, workflow, and data diagrams.
• Manage epics, features, and user stories within Jira using Agile methodologies.
• Partner with Salesforce administrators to architect configurations and integrate Salesforce with marketing, customer service, and billing systems.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in business analysis and requirements documentation.
• 3+ years of experience working with Salesforce.
• Proficiency with Agile development methodologies.
• Experience using Jira for project execution.
• Strong project and change management skills.
• Ability to map business workflows and system data flows.
• Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience conducting Unit Testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure requirements are met.
