Description

You will bridge business needs and technical implementation by managing data quality, testing, and requirement documentation.

4+ years of professional experience in an Information Technology environment required. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field required.

Responsibilities

• Write detailed test scripts and execute testing for upcoming patches to validate deployment readiness.
• Analyze business needs to document requirements and translate them into technical system specifications.
• Track technical tickets with vendors and IT teams to ensure timely resolution.
• Identify and resolve data quality issues including duplicate patients, bad merges, and invalid vaccines.
• Collaborate with program teams to test new modules such as VOMS, vaccine transfers, and returns.

Required Skills

• 4+ years writing test scripts and supporting user acceptance testing.
• Proven ability to manage project deadlines and plan complex workstreams.
• Strong oral and written communication skills for team collaboration.
• Experience with VOMS and general acceptance testing frameworks.
• Experience in an Information Technology environment.

Preferred Skills

• K knowledge of the healthcare industry and health informatics.
