You will own the full lifecycle of business and quality analysis within an IT environment.

Responsibilities

• Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders.
• Analyze and map business processes to identify improvement areas.
• Develop and present business cases for proposed solutions.
• Develop and implement quality assurance strategies and test plans.
• Conduct thorough testing of software applications against business requirements.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of professional work experience in an Information Technology environment.
• 8 years of experience as a Business and Quality Analyst in IT, utilizing project tools and best practices.
• 4 years of experience gathering and documenting business requirements.
• Knowledge of the healthcare industry and health informatics for requirement development.
• Plan, schedule, and manage QA projects to ensure delivery timelines.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers and product managers.
• Identify, document, and track defects and issues through resolution.
• Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing, within a team setting.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field with IT experience.
