Description

Lead the design, engineering, and delivery of complex, self-directed software solutions and process automation. You will own the release pipeline, ensuring highly scalable, internet-facing applications and cloud-native products meet rigorous standards.

Responsibilities

• Design, code, and test scalable internet-facing applications and cloud-native products.
• Lead process modeling and Business Process Management (BPM) using Camunda.
• Automate common tasks and build utilities to drive organizational efficiency.
• Evaluate new tools, techniques, and strategies to expand technical capabilities.
• Serve as a technical resource to the team and manage complex, unstructured issues.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of experience in Process Modeling and BPM using Camunda.
• 4+ years of full stack development including J2EE, RDBMS/NoSQL, and ReactJS.
• 5+ years of experience building highly scalable internet-facing applications.
• 2+ years of experience with cloud platforms (Azure preferred) or building cloud-native applications.
• 2+ years of experience using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) with Terraform or Pulumi.
• 1+ year of experience in production monitoring using OTEL, Splunk, or Splunk Observability.
• Bachelor's Degree or 10+ years of Software Engineering experience.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in Agile/DevOps environments.
• Background in US healthcare or retail domains.
• Experience with customer-facing platforms or data science concepts.
