Lead change management and communication strategies to drive client engagement and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Devise and execute comprehensive change management and communication strategies.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to analyze organizational needs and formulate change initiatives.
• Implement communication strategies using design-oriented thinking for all organizational levels.
• Convey complex concepts to diverse audiences through effective interpersonal communication.
• Partner with Public Relations teams or media to deliver client communications.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in change management or communications consulting.
• Proven leadership and client delivery skills.
• Strong background as a Communications Consultant manager.
• Deep understanding of change management principles.
• Ability to apply design-oriented thinking to change solutions.
• Exceptional interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
• Experience managing communications for diverse organizational levels.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate level education.
