Description

You will serve as a Child Welfare Expert and Business Analyst to support the development and design of the CT-KIND system.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business processes and document policy or practice changes to support system development.
• Participate in LEAN events to map processes, streamline workflows, and reduce inefficiencies.
• Collaborate with technical staff, regional/central office staff, and community partners including the Judicial System.
• Assess business readiness and support organizational change management activities.
• Coordinate with social work staff to ensure new development meets specific child welfare business needs and criteria.

Required Skills

• 10 years of professional experience in business analysis or product management roles.
• Deep subject matter expertise in Child Welfare processes and requirements.
• Experience with LEAN methodology and business process mapping.
• Proven ability in Product Management and managing system development lifecycles.
• Experience with change management and organizational readiness initiatives.
• Bachelor's degree.
