Description

You will bridge business needs with technical execution for the CT-KIND system, serving as the Child Welfare Expert and Business Analyst.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business processes and document policy or practice changes to support system development.
• Participate in LEAN events to map processes, streamline workflows, and reduce inefficiencies.
• Collaborate with technical staff, regional and central office staff, and community partners, including the Judicial System.
• Coordinate with social work staff to ensure new development meets specific child welfare business needs.
• Assess business readiness and support organizational change management activities.

Required Skills

• 10 years of professional experience in business analysis or product management roles.
• Deep subject matter expertise in Child Welfare processes and requirements.
• Experience with LEAN methodology and business process mapping.
• Proven ability in Product Management and managing system development lifecycles.
• Experience with change management and organizational readiness initiatives.
• Bachelor's degree.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working with judicial systems or government agencies.
