Description

You will manage the implementation, optimization, and maintenance of enterprise voice and data networks to support operational objectives.

Responsibilities

• Implement and manage enterprise voice and data solutions, including VoIP, LAN, WAN, and IP/MPLS technologies.
• Configure, test, and deploy network hardware and software components in alignment with architectural plans.
• Monitor and troubleshoot network systems to ensure optimal performance and minimal downtime.
• Provide technical support and maintenance for operational technologies, including SCADA systems and AMI.
• Partner with cybersecurity teams to implement security protocols and address vulnerabilities in compliance with NERC CIP standards.
• Participate in the development and maintenance of disaster recovery and redundancy plans.
• Respond to emergency issues as part of an on-call rotation.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience implementing and managing voice and data networks.
• Deep knowledge of network protocols including MPLS, SD-WAN, and cloud integrations.
• Hands-on experience with VoIP, LAN/WAN, IP/MPLS, and DWDM.
• Proficiency with Solarwinds, ServiceNow, Vizio, Infoblox, Ansible, and Iperf.
• Experience with SCADA systems and NERC CIP compliance.
• Ability to physically deploy routers, switches, wireless access points, and firewalls.
• Bachelor's Degree in telecommunications, computer science, engineering, or a related field.
• Valid driver's license for travel throughout service territory.
