Description

You will lead the design, implementation, and management of enterprise VoIP systems.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Engineer and manage Cisco CUCM, Unity Connection, and VoIP Gateway/Cubes.
• Lead technical projects including system reviews, scalability planning, and future-proofing.
• Troubleshoot complex IPT issues and manage Cisco-based routing and switching platforms.
• Oversee the transition of PRI circuits and DiD to MPLS services.

Required Skills

• 9+ years of experience as a Level 3 Cisco Call Manager engineer.
• Hands-on expertise with Cisco Unity Voice Mail and Unity Connections.
• Deep knowledge of Cisco Voice Gateways and CUBE.
• Proven experience with MPLS and PRI circuits.
• Architectural and engineering-level knowledge of Cisco Voice Enterprise Systems.
• Strong background in Cisco-based routing and switching platforms.
• Relevant Cisco-based certifications.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate education.
