Description

You will manage and support Citrix NetScaler ADC technologies in a complex enterprise environment.

4+ years of professional experience in technical engineering involving Application Delivery and Load Balancing technologies.

Responsibilities

• Provide 2nd and 3rd level troubleshooting for incident, service request, and problem tickets related to Citrix NetScaler load balancing.
• Perform root cause analysis for major incidents and implement preventive measures to maintain infrastructure health.
• Monitor physical and virtual appliances, cloud platforms, and supporting systems to ensure operational stability.
• Collaborate with network engineers, system administrators, and developers to implement changes and resolve complex issues.
• Document all troubleshooting steps, resolutions, and post-ticket analyses within the ticketing system.

Required Skills

• Proficiency with Citrix NetScaler ADC, including SSL offloading, content switching, and global service load balancing (GSLB).
• Advanced knowledge of TCP/IP networking and protocols, including DNS, VLANs, HTTP(S), SSL, PKI, and certificate technology.
• Expertise in troubleshooting security and networking issues using packet captures and log data (PCAF, .HAR).
• Ability to read, decrypt, and analyze Wireshark and Fiddler captures.
• Experience with Ansible and Python for task automation.
• Hands-on experience with Linux systems.
• Bachelor's degree.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Windows and Linux web server administration.
• Familiarity with Firewalls, VPN, Remote Access, Windows packaging, and GPOs.
