Description

Lead the technical design and development of scalable MERN stack applications through the full software development life cycle.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of client-side and server-side architecture using the MERN stack.
• Supervise a team of developers through task allocation, performance monitoring, and regular code reviews.
• Write effective APIs and build first-time-right backend solutions.
• Collaborate with product managers and cross-functional teams to define requirements and ensure technical feasibility.
• Manage databases and deploy web applications on AWS.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience with strong proficiency in MERN stack technologies.
• Profound knowledge of AWS and its associated services.
• Hands-on experience with Microservices, Containers, and Kubernetes.
• Experience working with web services and APIs, including REST and SOAP.
• Solid understanding of SQL and database management.
• Proficiency in web-based OOP and software design patterns.
• Experience with Source Code Management, CI/CD, and automated deployment.
• Knowledge of Clean Code principles and Unit Testing.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with functional programming.
