Qualifications for all SWA Positions
•    10+ years of US based experience (target 15+ years of experience over all)
•    10 out of 10 communication skills
•    Have an active Linked-In profile (that was not recently created)
•    No “staff level” developers, needs to have been the go-to person on their previous teams .  My client is looking for the very top end of talent!
•    Able to travel to the Southwest office in Dallas up to 6 times per year (expenses paid by SWA)
•    No west coast candidates
•    Excellent tenure (candidates that have only 1 year or less in their roles are not a match)
•    Must be a “doer”. Many candidates with the amount of experience are no longer full time technical.  They still need to heavy technical.

Sr Cloud Automation Engineer
•    5+ years working with focused Cloud Automation testing
•    Heavy experience with AWS Cloud Services
•    Experience with PyTest highly preferred
•    Focused experience testing Python cloud applications
