Description

You will design, build, and optimize scalable data solutions and architectures on Google Cloud Platform. You own the end-to-end data lifecycle, from ingestion to archiving and deletion.

Responsibilities

• Design and manage scalable data pipelines and architectures on GCP.
• Build complex data models and ETL processes using BigQuery, LookML, Python, PySpark, and SQL.
• Automate data processing and orchestration utilizing GCP Data Flow and other GCP services.
• Create dashboards and reports via GCP Looker Studio to provide business value.
• Implement best practices for data governance, security, and compliance on GCP.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of hands-on experience in data engineering, data modeling, and analytics on Google Cloud Platform.
• Proficiency in BigQuery, LookML, Python, PySpark, and SQL.
• Experience with GCP Data Flow and GCP Looker Studio.
• Strong background in data modeling and advanced data analysis.
• Ability to translate complex data findings into actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
