Description

You will be the Sr. Cloud Engineer driving cloud transformation initiatives through hands-on application migration and DevOps enhancement.

Responsibilities

• Architect and execute application migration to cloud platforms, specifically focusing on OpenShift and Tanzu Application Service (TAS).
• Develop migration strategies and assess application readiness to ensure minimal disruption during transitions.
• Implement and manage DevOps tools and practices, including CI/CD pipelines.
• Collaborate across engineering, infrastructure, and development teams for seamless integration and post-migration support.
• Mentor junior engineers and conduct knowledge transfer sessions to elevate team capabilities.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of professional experience in software development.
• Expertise with Kubernetes and OpenShift.
• Proficiency in Java and .NET development stacks.
• Hands-on experience with Tanzu Application Service (TAS).
• Experience modernizing batch jobs and managing CI/CD pipelines.
• Ability to migrate multi-stack applications to Red Hat OpenShift (OCP).
