Description

Lead cloud-native software development and full-stack migrations to Red Hat OpenShift and Tanzu Application Service.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Architect and execute application migrations, moving workloads from TAS to OpenShift.
• Implement and manage DevOps pipelines and CI/CD toolchains.
• Ensure seamless platform integration and provide post-migration support.
• Mentor junior engineers and conduct knowledge transfer sessions.
• Perform troubleshooting and root cause analysis for cloud-native environments.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in software development and architecture.
• Hands-on experience with Java, .NET, and Angular.
• Direct experience with Tanzu Application Service (TAS) and OpenShift (OCP).
• Proficiency with Kubernetes and Helm.
• Experience building CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and GitHub/GitHub Actions.
• Knowledge of Kafka, Redis, NDM, and file storage.
• Understanding of cloud-native architectures and load balancing strategies (RoundRobin, Topology, Canary).

Preferred Skills

• Experience in the Financial Services domain and regulatory awareness.
• Certifications in OCP, Azure, or relevant DevOps tools.
