Description

You will design and automate cloud infrastructure on AWS using Terraform and Terragrunt, ensuring robust deployment pipelines and operational efficiency.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Terraform/Terragrunt scripts to automate AWS infrastructure provisioning and management.
• Design, build, and test REST/JSON web services deployed on AWS Lambda using Node.js, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
• Implement and manage AWS services including EKS, ECS Fargate, APIGateway, Athena, SES, and SQS.
• Lead technical solution delivery within scrum teams, integrating CI/CD practices using GitHub Actions.
• Collaborate with offshore teams to drive continuous improvement and resolve complex technical challenges.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of total IT experience, including 5+ years designing and testing REST/JSON web services on AWS Lambda.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience automating AWS infrastructure using Terraform and Terragrunt.
• Proficiency in Node.js, JavaScript, and TypeScript for backend development.
• Strong working knowledge of AWS services: Athena, APIGateway, ECS Fargate, Lambda, SES, EKS, and SQS.
• Experience with DevOps practices, CI/CD models, and Agile methodology.
• Hands-on experience with GitHub, GitHub Actions, and unit testing frameworks.
• Proficiency with monitoring and observability tools, specifically Datadog.
• Experience working with ServiceNow and JIRA for workflow and issue tracking.
• Ability to work effectively with offshore teams in a hybrid office setting (3-4 days/week in Dallas, TX).
