Description

You will design, deploy, and manage AWS cloud environments, including EC2, EKS clusters, and S3 buckets. You will lead migration efforts from Ubuntu 20 to Ubuntu 22, updating automation baselines and ensuring compatibility with proprietary images. You will implement role-based access controls, replacing static credentials with IAM roles and integrating with secure authentication systems. You will set up and maintain isolated QA and production clusters for compliance testing and operational stability. You will automate security and credential management processes, including credential rotation and email relay configurations.

Responsibilities

• Design and manage AWS infrastructure, including EC2, EKS, and S3.
• Lead OS migration from Ubuntu 20 to 22, updating automation baselines.
• Implement IAM roles and replace static credentials with secure authentication.
• Maintain isolated QA and production clusters for compliance and stability.
• Automate security processes, including credential rotation and email relay.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of cloud engineering experience, focused on AWS.
• Deep expertise in Terraform and Ansible.
• Strong Linux administration skills (Ubuntu/Red Hat).
• Proven experience with AWS IAM roles, EKS clusters, and Secrets Manager.
• Proficiency with CI/CD tools: Team City, GitHub, GitLab, Jenkins, or Argo.
• Understanding of security compliance frameworks (FedRAMP, SOC 2).

Preferred Skills

• Experience with proprietary image compatibility and automation baselines.
• Background in secure authentication system integration.
