Description

You will design and develop reusable DevOps components and services across AWS, Azure, and GCP. You will build and operate infrastructure and monitoring for DevOps tools, while troubleshooting and resolving service failures. You will drive automation to improve service health, reliability, and telemetry, and author technical documentation for these systems.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop reusable DevOps components and services across AWS, Azure, and GCP.
• Build and operate infrastructure and monitoring for DevOps tools and services.
• Troubleshoot and resolve DevOps service, tool, and infrastructure failures.
• Drive automation implementation to improve service health, reliability, and telemetry.
• Author functional and technical documentation for infrastructure and services.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience with strong coding skills in C/C++, C#, Python, Golang, PowerShell, Ruby, or JavaScript.
• 4+ years of hands-on experience with cloud stacks including Azure, AWS, or GCP.
• Mastery of either AWS or Azure is required.
• Full-stack troubleshooting skills across network, application, hardware, and distributed services layers.
• Experience debugging, fixing, and optimizing code.
• Deep understanding of computing concepts: fault tolerance, circuit breaker, network protocols, and scalability.
• Ability to work with Windows or other Microsoft software/services.
• Bachelor’s Degree.

• Strong ability to ramp up quickly on new technologies and open-source solutions.
