Description

Design and oversee secure cloud network architectures and global connectivity solutions across AWS and Azure. You will automate network processes, implement Infrastructure as Code, and enforce security practices throughout the build lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement automated processes for cloud network environments to eliminate manual tasks.
• Create and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using industry-standard platforms.
• Collaborate with network, security, and application teams to roll out new designs and support cloud migration.
• Implement cloud network security practices throughout the entire lifecycle of build activities.
• Perform functional testing to ensure implementations meet production acceptance standards and support complex service issues.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in enterprise networking, including routing/switching configuration and global network infrastructure design.
• Expertise in AWS networking (VPC, Transit Gateway, Direct Connect, Route53, Load Balancers) and security (WAF, Config, CloudWatch).
• Expertise in Azure networking (VNet, VNet Peering, ExpressRoute, NSG, Load Balancers).
• Proficiency with Terraform or other Infrastructure as Code (IaC) frameworks.
• Hands-on experience with Cisco hardware and OS (Catalyst switches, ISR/ASR routers, ASA) and WAN/LAN/Firewall delivery.
• Deep understanding of network protocols including BGP, IPSec, and IPSec VTI VPN.
• In-depth knowledge of TCP/IP packets with the ability to analyze captured packets for deep troubleshooting.
• Experience with distributed version-control systems such as Git/GitHub.
• Experience with F5 and Palo Alto firewalls.

Preferred Skills

• Scripting experience using Python, Ansible, or Tower.
