Description

You will own the analysis, documentation, and architectural support for digital applications in a regulated environment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Enforce and support Agile/Scrum planning, including estimating and scheduling committed tasks.
• Identify and capture user needs, translating them into functional and non-functional requirements.
• Assist in establishing system and software architectures for digital applications, ensuring alignment with design inputs.
• Write, maintain, and own software user stories and requirements, ensuring compliance with QMS and regulatory frameworks.
• Create and maintain product backlogs within Azure DevOps.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience with a Bachelor’s degree in STEM, Engineering, or Finance, or 3+ years with a Master’s degree.
• Strong background in requirements management or user story development.
• Expertise in requirements management, risk management, and development within an Agile environment.
• Must have experience using Azure DevOps as a primary requirements management tool.
• Strong documentation skills and experience in a regulated industry.
• Experience with cloud-based digital applications (SaaS/PaaS/IaaS environments with AWS/Azure or similar CSPs).

Preferred Skills

• Experience as a Business Analyst in a regulatory environment.
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
