Description

You will troubleshoot complex Apache HBase operational issues and provide technical guidance for mission-critical applications on AWS.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve complex Apache HBase issues for global customers.
• Review customer architecture and provide technical guidance for AWS services.
• Develop automation tools and scripts to improve support efficiency.
• Handle critical customer escalations and influence AWS service roadmaps.
• Mentor frontline engineers and contribute to technical documentation.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Cloud Computing and Big Data.
• Strong expertise in AWS and Apache HBase.
• Proven experience in Technical Support and Troubleshooting.
• Ability to develop training materials and supportability frameworks.
• Experience collaborating with development teams on solution development.
• Scripting and automation skills to enhance team efficiency.
• Strong communication skills for enterprise customer engagement.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with AWS Support Engineering and process improvement.
• Ability to create public-facing technical content and represent at conferences.
