Description

You will lead the implementation, maintenance, and customization of the ServiceNow Configuration Management Database (CMDB) and ITOM suite.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Implement and customize ServiceNow ITOM components including Discovery, Service Mapping, Asset, and Event Management.
• Maintain CMDB structure by implementing approved changes to attributes and relationships.
• Execute configuration audits to compare database contents against physical IT infrastructure and ensure CI accuracy.
• Manage asset and CI discovery tools using both agent-based and agentless methods.
• Provide technical support to the Configuration Management Board and collaborate on configuration management plans.

Required Skills

• 4-8 years of overall professional experience.
• 2-3+ years of direct ServiceNow experience.
• Proven expertise in ServiceNow CMDB and ITOM (Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management).
• Experience in ServiceNow development, integration, and customization.
• Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles.
• Ability to identify complex technical problems and implement corrective solutions.
• Experience producing and publishing management reports from the CMDB.
