Job Information:
Interview Process: 2nd Round In-person interview
Duration of the Contract: 12 months
Work Location: Fully Onsite at Blythewood, SC

 

Required Skills

10+ years of experience with Visual COBOL and/or Micro Focus COBOL.

1+ year of experience with Visual COBOL V9.

10+ years of experience developing and maintaining complex, mission-critical applications in a Windows-based client-server environment.

10+ years of experience leading technical software development teams, including planning and deployment of software systems.

10+ years of experience coding and testing complex COBOL-based business systems using Oracle SQL databases in a Windows client-server environment.

10+ years of experience providing Level 3 (L3) production support.

10+ years of experience serving as the primary technical contact with business units, including developing and reviewing business and technical specifications and ensuring delivery of required functionality.

10+ years of experience with computer systems analysis, design, coding, testing, debugging, and implementation for developing new systems and modifying existing systems.

Preferred Skills

Experience with Oracle 19c/19+ SQL.

Familiarity with Microsoft Visual Studio .NET and C# development environments.

Experience working in a governmental environment.

Education

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or a closely related discipline.

Certification

Visual COBOL Technical Certification.
