Description

You will lead reporting, analysis, and measurement initiatives for Adult Protective Services, focusing on data structure development and extraction to support Local Districts of Social Services.

Responsibilities

• Update and revise system-generated reports to ensure accurate coding and data integrity.
• Refine caseload data reports and integrate APS data into the Commissioner Dashboard.
• Develop monitoring reports covering case timeliness, completion dates, client demographics, and return rates.
• Model data using IBM Cognos BI Framework Manager and Transformer, including all layers and package development.
• Secure Framework Manager and Transformer models at the data, object, and package levels.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience developing and implementing backend processing applications.
• 7 years of experience creating and modifying Framework Manager models.
• 7 years of experience creating and modifying reports using Cognos tools.
• 7 years of experience using SQL for analysis, conditional formatting, and joining multiple queries.
• 7 years of experience in business requirement gathering, analysis, and logical design.
• 7 years of experience testing reports, troubleshooting, and presenting complex data challenges to stakeholders.
• 7 years of experience working in social services or related fields.
• Proficiency in IBM Cognos Analytics 11.2, Framework Manager, and Transformer.
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent graduate level education.

Preferred Skills

• Experience collaborating with staff on business requirement gathering and troubleshooting.
