Description

Lead the development and enhancement of Cognos frameworks and business intelligence solutions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and enhance Cognos frameworks, including reports, dashboards, and scorecards.
• Build ad hoc reports for internal BI teams and external customers using Query Studio, Analysis Studio, and Framework Manager.
• Collaborate with Data Warehouse Architects to perform source system analysis, data profiling, and schema development.
• Partner with national and regional IT teams on data repository architecture and design.
• Communicate technical solutions and information needs to both business stakeholders and management.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Business Intelligence development.
• Expertise in Cognos framework development.
• Proficiency with Query Studio, Analysis Studio, and Framework Manager.
• Experience developing normalized and star-snowflake physical schemas.
• Ability to perform data profiling and source system analysis.
• Proven experience working with Data Warehouse Architects on repository design.
• Strong communication skills for interacting with technical and business communities.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate qualification.
