Lead communication strategies and content creation for large-scale initiatives within a multi-national organization.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Execute end-to-end communication strategies for major organizational initiatives.
• Create diverse content using storytelling, video, and graphic design techniques.
• Design and manage SharePoint sites and web content.
• Develop dashboards and reports to track engagement and stakeholder adoption.
• Coordinate and host meetings and events involving multiple IT teams.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in communications or content creation.
• Proficiency in SharePoint and Web Design.
• Experience with video editing using Adobe Premiere Pro.
• Proven ability to manage stakeholders and build relationships across all organizational levels.
• Strong written, oral, and presentation skills.
• Experience working independently to develop strategic points of view for Program Managers.
• Ability to work in an agile environment using iterative delivery.
• Background working within large, multi-national, or matrixed environments.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Adobe Illustrator.
• Experience with infographics and data visualization.
