Description

You will lead compliance activities and standards development for application development and support environments.

Responsibilities

• Review, refresh, and develop new standards for SDLC and DevOps in partnership with functional areas.
• Research applicable laws and regulations to develop requirements, controls, and compliance checklists for technical teams.
• Identify, track, and mitigate regulatory concerns and risks through continuous process improvement.
• Collaborate with the Security Organization to ensure checklists and security standards meet service delivery needs.
• Review audit findings and work with impacted functional areas to ensure timely remediation.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in compliance or regulatory roles.
• Deep expertise in SDLC and DevOps frameworks.
• Working knowledge of NIST, HIPAA, IRS, and CJIS standards.
• Experience developing compliance checklists and procedural documentation.
• Ability to interpret complex policies and translate them into actionable technical requirements.
• Proven track record of managing audit remediation and risk mitigation.
• Strong communication skills for partnering with security organizations, vendors, and state agencies.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate-level education.
