Description

You will manage the full lifecycle of computer system implementation and infrastructure optimization, from conceptual design to production stabilization.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Implement computer systems through phased requirements analysis, conceptual design, site surveys, and critical design reviews.
• Design and develop new systems by configuring hardware and software to meet evolving organizational needs.
• Integrate commercial software purchases to support server, storage, and technical computing infrastructure.
• Provide production deployment support, stabilization, and rotating on-call support for critical issues.
• Conduct regular system reviews, generate efficiency reports, and create technical guidelines and manuals.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in computer system analysis or engineering.
• Proficiency in system installation, integration, and testing.
• Experience in conceptual design and system design review.
• Ability to perform cost-benefit analyses for hardware and software upgrades.
• Skill in troubleshooting complex technical issues and performing risk mitigation planning.
• Experience developing workflows to improve engineering and business processes.
• Ability to structure and prioritize business requirements for stakeholder approval.

Preferred Skills

• Experience conducting training sessions and workshops for end users.
