Description

You manage the end-to-end construction lifecycle for small cell RAN systems, ensuring technical accuracy, safety compliance, and timely execution.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Perform feasibility walks and site assessments to verify cable routing, GPS placement, and DOT placement using iBwave software.
• Develop and manage the Scope of Work (SOW) and Bill of Materials (BOM) while collaborating with RF design teams on throughput requirements.
• Coordinate crew schedules, material deliveries, and venue access to keep projects on schedule and within budget.
• Oversee on-site construction quality and safety, performing formal EHS audits and implementing mitigation plans for potential roadblocks.
• Provide technical guidance, mentorship, and performance feedback to ASPs, crews, and Remote Construction Managers.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of related industry experience in construction management or field engineering.
• Hands-on expertise with MCA Small Cell RAN systems, specifically DOT, PDAS, and ODAS.
• Proficiency with iBwave software for verifying site design and ingress/egress.
• Strong ability to develop SOW and BOM documentation based on customer requirements.
• Experience conducting EHS safety audits and enforcing industry safety standards.
• Proven track record of managing vendor, supplier, and customer relationships to resolve project delays.
• Ability to interpret RF design requirements and identify optimal locations for small cells.

Preferred Skills

• University degree.
• Completion of basic technology or related trade coursework.
