Description

You will serve as the Level 3 technical authority for Azure, Active Directory, and M365 environments.

Responsibilities

• Provide Level 3 escalation support for Azure, AD, and M365 incidents from L2 teams.
• Manage Azure AD Sync servers, LDAP authentication, and Azure AD configurations.
• Lead L2 teams through technical mentorship and upskilling.
• Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and manage problem resolution via formal change requests.
• Act as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for implementations and change requests.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience managing and deploying Active Directory environments.
• 5+ years of experience in Active Directory design and deployment.
• 3+ years of experience deploying new cloud workloads including M365 and Azure.
• 3+ years of experience managing and deploying common Azure services.
• Deep knowledge of AD forest/domain structures, sites, replication topology, and OU planning.
• Expertise in GPO configuration, management, and AD customization.
• Strong proficiency with Windows Server versions 2008 through 2022.
• Hands-on experience with Azure automation and PowerShell scripting.
• Experience with Hybrid AD, Azure AD Sync, and conditional access.

Preferred Skills

• Microsoft Azure or Office 365 certifications.
• Experience with AWS cloud workloads.
