Manage the development, implementation, and support of Argo-based applications and platform components.
Responsibilities
Develop, test, and maintain web and desktop-based business applications, including Argo Teller 21 and peripheral interfaces for ECR, check scanners, and printers.
Write clean, maintainable, and testable code while performing peer code reviews.
Manage the packaging and support of release deployments.
Monitor system health and performance to resolve client experience impacts and production issues.
Collaborate with engineering teams to plan, estimate, and design software solutions.
Required Skills
5+ years of software development experience with the ability to master Argo.
Strong working knowledge of DB2, Microsoft SQL Server, and other relational databases.
Experience with SOAP and RESTful web services.
Proficiency in shell scripting or Visual Basic.
Experience with SDLC methodologies including Waterfall and Agile.
Strong troubleshooting and software problem-solving skills.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience.
Availability for production issue analysis and on-call rotation.
Preferred Skills
5+ years of Argo experience, ideally with the Teller platform.
Experience with Argo web/API, Alogent Front Counter, or client/server architectures like Bankpro.
Knowledge of JavaScript, CSS, HTML, Azure DevOps, XML, C#, and .NET.
