Good to Have Skills: DevOps and CI/CD pipelines with Git integration, Python and Shell scripting for REST-based automation, SAP and Informatica integrations, Database connectivity and MFT solutions, Active Directory and IDAM systems, Security and compliance frameworks including RBAC and vulnerability management, High availability and disaster recovery strategies, SLA management and SMART folders configuration.

• Design and implement end-to-end Control-M workload automation solutions including job flows, dependencies, calendars, and SLA management
• Configure, administer, and maintain Control-M components including Enterprise Manager, Server, Agents, and SaaS environments
• Develop migration frameworks, validation strategies, and reusable conversion assets to accelerate large-scale migrations
• Build and manage Automation API workflows using JSON-based Jobs-as-Code for scalable and version-controlled deployments
• Develop and deploy Python and Shell scripts to automate bulk migration and conversion into destination-compatible formats
• Integrate Control-M with enterprise systems, applications, and third-party tools across hybrid environments
• Enable DevOps practices by integrating Control-M with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and automation tools
• Integrate Control-M with enterprise applications and data platforms including SAP, Informatica, databases, APIs, MFT, and AD/IDAM
• Troubleshoot complex scheduling, agent, and infrastructure issues ensuring minimal impact to critical workloads
• Perform detailed root cause analysis and implement proactive fixes to prevent recurring incidents
• Design and support high availability, disaster recovery, and resilient workload strategies
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business and application requirements into automation solutions

Experience Required: Overall experience: 8-12 years with strong hands-on experience in Control-M enterprise environments. Proven experience in migration and implementation projects. Experience in customer-facing delivery or consulting roles. Exposure to managed services or production support environments
